We didn’t coin the phrase ‘sprint’, but we do have a unique approach. At every level of our creative process we’ve asked two questions:
 

Does this contribute?
Can this be deleted?

We’re not interested in looking busy. We just care about doing great work. And it turns out that when you remove everything that looks like work and just focus on the work, 10 days is a long time. 

First, we distilled the discovery and interview process down to a 3-hour intensive one-of-a-kind director workshop (built from first principles).

Next, we reduced all catch-ups, check-ins
and onboarding to zero, optimising for
async comms only. 

Finally, we combined our speedruns and accelerator decks into one workflow, and
a 1-hour discussion and handover on day 10.


Then we took the remaining 76 hours of creative time and devoted every minute to speedrunning first stage creative development.


What we achieve in 10 days would take a traditional agency double the manpower and triple the budget. (We know because we’ve worked at 15+ agencies over the last 24 years of combined experience). 

What’s our not-so-secret-secret? We only work with one client at a time.

Are there any refunds?

Due to the high quality and labour intensive nature of the service, we are unable to offer a refund once the project starts.

When is payment taken?

Payments must be taken in full 48 hours before day one of the sprint.

Does a sprint have to last 10 days?

Yes. We’re fast, but we’re not robots. We trust our subconscious to keep working over the weekend, and we believe in the power of fresh eyes on Monday.

Does a sprint have to be a 10 day block?

Yes. We’ve designed our product to maximise creative development. We always begin on a Monday and don’t stop until the following Friday.

How will I receive my design files?

→ On day 10 of the sprint after our meeting, we’ll send a WeTransfer folder containing a logical breakdown of all assets and deliverables + walk-through. → If your company has a specific safety protocol for uploading files, we are happy to accommodate, so long as there isn’t an onboarding process.

What format will I receive my design files?

We work across Adobe, Figma, Miro and Google, and we will consolidate files into universal shareable assets (EPS, SVG, PSD, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, DOC)

What happens next?
