
Zero to one wellness

Challenge
Wellture is a mobile-first vertical company redefining the category of smart living products. Helping people beginning their wellness journey go from zero to one, with personalised products and expert-level guidance, to build long-term confidence and smart living habits. At Sprint Department, our challenge was to help Wellture exist as a leader, not just a portfolio. Facilitating their transition from in-house app studio within their parent company Codeway to graduated vertical: Wellture. We needed to equip Wellture with the tools to communicate the long-term vision for their technology, visually contextualise their portfolio of products and capture the ecosystem where their users thrive.


Strategy
For Wellture, the future of wellness products is personalised copilots.
Their core user base consists of people—predominantly middle-aged women—beginning their wellness journey, often starting from zero.
For anyone who’s ever trained at the gym, stuck to a meal plan or improved their sleep hygiene, we’re all more effective with help.
Someone who understands us, guides us as we learn, and motivates us when we’re low on discipline. But most importantly, will meet us where we’re at.
Hyper-personalised, expert-level guidance, delivered right at the moment that matters, is Wellture's long-term goal to impact millions of people's lives, powered by their AI-powered technology.
This mission became the foundational story for brand identity.




Identity
The brand identity needed to be seamless. Calm, confident and high in self-efficacy. Colour had to be sympathetic to the sector, while being future-proof for the growth and maturity of the business.
The glassmorphic UI signalled the omniscient copilot guidance, and became a neutral wrapper to signal the value inside the portfolio without aesthetic conflicts and still capture the direction of the company.
We also built two Midjourney prompts, calibrated to their core ICPs, that captured the people they wanted to reach and contextualised the places, things and ideas that most effectively communicated their message.
All delivered in 10 days inside an operationalised, no-fluff brand guideline with a drag-and-drop, ready-to-use asset library to help Wellture execute their brand from day one.






Outcome
Wellture is in a strong position to execute their vision. Their ability to reduce the gap between idea and execution gives them an edge in the market and blue oceans within their category.
With their perfect blend of start-up speed, vertical autonomy and robust infrastructure powered by Codeway, we believe Wellture is in prime position to become a powerhouse brand and equipped to communicate their story at scale as they grow.
