your problem

the headaches of scaling series A (without brand systems)

"each team has their own version of the brand"

"we still feel like a pre-seed dev tool"

"we don't have any systems to regulate creative"

Questions?we've got answers

Who is Sprint Dept not built for?

→ Bootstrapped startups in the first 0-2 years of existence → Design agencies who need creative support → Teams that need end-to-end devlopment, deployment and activation

What is a creative sprint designed for?

→ Accelerating brand development and iteration → Creating a workable hypothesis to validate → Sparking conversations with leadership → Fast-tracking visual clarity → Identifying ownable territories → Stress-testing ideas → Non-disruptive creative ideation

What is a creative sprint NOT designed for?

→ 144pg Guidelines and specifications → Detailed market research → Pixel-perfect design files

What if we don’t like the creative direction?

All creativity is sparked from the director workshop together. We’re confident you will.

Are there any refunds?

Due to the high quality and labour intensive nature of the service, we are unable to offer a refund once the project starts.

When is payment taken?

Payments must be taken in full 48 hours before day one of the sprint.

Does a sprint have to last 10 days?

Yes. We’re fast, but we’re not robots. We trust our subconscious to keep working over the weekend, and we believe in the power of fresh eyes on Monday.

Does a sprint have to be a 10 day block?

Yes. We’ve designed our product to maximise creative development. We always begin on a Monday and don’t stop until the following Friday.

How will I receive my design files?

→ On day 10 of the sprint after our meeting, we’ll send a WeTransfer folder containing a logical breakdown of all assets and deliverables + walk-through. → If your company has a specific safety protocol for uploading files, we are happy to accommodate, so long as there isn’t an onboarding process.

What happens next?

Send it. Sleep on it. Stress-test it. Split test it. Discuss internally. Debate privately. Argue. Get excited. Get tactical. Get reassured. Get buy-in. Get the boss onboard. Get your dream budget approved. Use all the work. Use some of the work. Use none of the work. Pay us to repeat the process. Pay us to help your team execute the mission.
